Refund Policy

We thank you for investing in our program. We try our best to ensure that our students have a rewarding experience while they undergo training with us, be it an instructor-led live online program or an in-class program.

Enrollment cancellation/ Refund request terms and conditions:
As with any online purchase, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. Any requests for refunds will be accepted in accordance with below mentioned guidelines:

We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore, we offer a refund policy to accommodate our users.

  • Refund Requests: Users may request a refund at any time before the commencement date of their chosen batch.
  • Refund Procedure: Upon the user’s request for a refund, a transaction processing charge of 20% of the training fee paid will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded within 30 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) of the refund request being raised by the user.
  • Exclusions: Once a user has made the payment and accessed the training content, no refund will be permitted. This policy applies specifically to the Internet of Things training offered on h2k Infosys Trainings.

Class duration/schedule may go beyond the allotted timelines due to reasons such as the time invested in appropriately answering the questions/ doubts posed by other students in the class.
